Skill development in Large Structure Production

In LSP Skills, we are working to create knowledge-sharing networks that support stakeholders across the maritime, construction, and energy sectors. These span from industry-wide networking and workshops to tailored skills events for industry leaders, to training teachers and attracting young talent. The ambition for LSP Skills is to strengthen and expand relevant educational offerings in close collaboration with both educational institutions and industry partners. Industrial partners have expressed a clear demand for upskilling and training on the topics of robotization and digitalization, and the concept has been warmly welcomed by clusters and associations including Energy Cluster Denmark, We Build Denmark, Danske Maritime, and Odense Robotics.
