Skill development in Large Structure Production

We are working to create knowledge-sharing initiatives that support stakeholders across the maritime, construction, and energy sectors.

Our research allows our partners to engage in the green transition, improve worker well-being, and become more efficient. To provide these benefits across large structure production sectors, we work to provide a variety of training and upskilling activities. 

This ranges from industry-wide networking and workshops (see community) to more tailored skills events for industry leaders, to training teachers and attracting young talent. 

These target educational programs are already helping to bring large structure production into a new, greener, safer, and more efficient era.
