The support of LSP scenarios with solutions such as multi-purpose/ multi-robot systems or crane-based robotic systems requires to deploy reliable robotic operations. In our research this encompasses the design, development and testing of i) data flows to automatically and directly control processing from digital product descriptions, and ii) tools sets and control methods to develop a recombinable and reusable library of the important robot capabilities required in across the industrial sectors maritime, construction and energy such as:  scanning & cleaning, welding & cutting, surface treatment, part assembly, 3D concrete printing, composite preparation & layup.
